I would like to have two rows of tool bars. KMainWindow almost gets me
there as it supports multiple toolbars, but I don't think it allows me to
control where they are placed. I tried an hello world example with two
toolbars (Hello World with two toolbars - now thats oxymornic) , but I did
not have any control of where they were placed, both occupied the same
vertial space.

Putting another toolbar in a QDockWidget also kind of worked, but the
spacing for the DockWidget's title bar was to much (Getting rid of the title
bar widget did not reduce the space) and it wants to draw a frame. Also the
toolbar put inside a DockWidget it does not obey the rules for setting icon
and icon strings that the first toolbar gets from being directly part of the
KMainWindow.

Any suggestions for creating two toolbars that look and behave the same,
greatly appreciated.

Thanks
David
