Enabling tooltips is not one of the style hints, and has nothing to do with 
the styles. It's a good option to have, but maybe move it to the Effects 
page.

As for icons on dialog buttons, I wouldn't assume that no one changes them. 
This is something that belongs with the style, but it's not necessarily 
superfluous.
