this has nothing to do with krunner (the Run Command dialog =) actually; if
the dialog that pops up is the KDE one, it should automatically detect if you
are on a machine that uses sudo instead of su. if it doesn't, you can configure
that by putting this in the kdeglobals config file:
[super-user-command]
super-user-command=sudo
if it isn't using the kde facility (e.g. it's a non-kde app with it's own home
brew thing) then i can't help you =)
