pusling pointed out that making plasma from kdebase-workspace depend
on folderview from kdebase creates a circular dependency since kdebase
build-depens on kdebase-workspace for plasma.  I think folderview
should just be put in kdebase-workspace since currently its on its own
for no obvious reason.
