Yeah, that in the case that we want all developers with commit access on the 
repository.

As I said, there are plenty of things to discuss, a possibility I thought that 
could be possible and handy in certain cases (and for which we couldn't say it 
is 'centralized' in this sense), is that the release team would have to merge 
what developers ask for merging. That would, however, slow down too much the 
development in a normal stage (but handy in certain stages, as pre-releases).
