You're right. I think we really need something like that to improve the 
trouble-card users' experience, so I'll see what I can do. I'll keep the 
current page for now and restructure it. Afterwards we can still move it out 
of my global scope.

Everyone's very welcome to help out as I'm currently pretty low on time.
