Depends on your definition of "works" :)
The mimetype is defined in kdelibs/mimetypes/kde.xml, but we should probably remove it
since it has no meaning - no file ever matches it.

OTOH I agree that it's a better name than "application/octet-stream,inode/directory"
so maybe we should define all/allfiles as an alias for application/octet-stream, at least.
But it would be KDE only unless shared-mime-info gets this alias...
