But -DQT_NO_STL will. If qt is built with -qt-stl then the above is missing 
and QT_NO_STL is still defined, resulting in QString skipping the stl stuff.
Does this mean that KDE4 will require that qt is compiled with the -no-stl 
flag?

Speaking of the -no-stl flag is there any place where the required flags are 
documented?
