Hello!

Yesterday I've downloaded kde 3.5.9 and started with arts installation. 
`configure` went ok and `make` stopped with error message `libtool: link: 
cannot find the library `'`. I solved that by 
`cp /usr/local/share/libtool/ltmain.sh ./admin/ltmain.sh`.

After that make stopped with error `soundserverv2_impl.cc:34:25: 
artsversion.h: No such file or directory`. I've solved that by 
`ln ./soundserver/artsversion-new.h ./soundserver/artsversion.h`.

Please, fix kde sources :)
