Thanks to vkrause, we now have a Krazy check for bad icons in our C++.
Please report false positives to me.

A couple of hints:
 - to find out what icons we have, you can run 'kdialog --geticon actions'
   or you can look in kdebase/runtime/pics

- if you need to request a new icon, please do so on the Techbase page at
  http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Oxygen/Missing_Icons
