Ok, I think api.kde.org is operational again.

The "KDE 4.0" column will be static from here forward,
unless someone specifically asks me to update the dox there.

The "KDE 4.x (latest)" column should be automatically updated nightly.
Also Extragear and KOffice are updated nightly.
