Konsole Part's behavior.

When "exit" was written on the last existing terminal or the last tab was=20
closed, konsole part did restart another session, and we would expect it to=

be deleted, as happened on KDE3.

Because of this behavior change, as far as I know, using this part were=20
Dolphin and KDevelop (KDevPlatform). I've fixed Dolphin's bug [the one abov=
e]=20
and KDevPlatform (the tab is not closed, but it wasn't before Konsole part=
=20
was changed, just restarted).

So please, if you are using Konsole part somewhere and you are not expectin=
g=20
it to be deleted, revisit your code and connect to its destroyed(QObject*)=
=20
signal. If you have no time for revisiting your code and want me to fix it,=
=20
just speak up.
