Not in KDevelop3. If thats going to be possible in KDevelop4, depends on
somebody create language bindings for the kdevplatform module libraries,
once they're getting into the beta phase.

There is some support for using DCOP with KDevelop3, but its not very
integrated, I'm not sure you can directly run a language script from
inside KDevelop. Or assign a shortcut to it.
