Using courier fonts all over the screen i= s=20 _so_ oldschool... 2) Fixed-width fonts only work good for coding and console. Otherwise the=20 users love real fonts using the full featureset of variable width=20 text-setting. 3) Most fonts on screen look a lot better than your screenshot because=20 anti-aliasing is enabled. 4) Let the artists discuss these things, they even have their own mailingli= st. 5) I don't really see any big difference between terminus and courier. But = I=20 do see a big difference between your terminus screenshot and my daily-use=20 desktop. Guess which looks better. :-) 6) Oh, and history has shown that changing some kde-default is never a "lit= tle=20 change". It results in flamewars and such things...
