Look, the configure script tells you what to do:

"For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log."

Try to find the file config.log in the directory where you
try to build your application and copy
the last 100 lines of config.log to a mail and send it to the list. 

Probably seeing the file is a better way to help solve your problem.
