When you get an account, there is an attachment with instructions. Also on \
developer.kde.org (or techbase in the meanwhile) there is a  code of practise (dont \
commit to code you don't know, only commit code which compiles, etc, etc.). 

All commits are distributed on a mailinglist and odd commits will be spotted \
instantly.
