Is this meant to handle global shortcuts as well?
In this case please talk to Andreas Hartmetz <ahartmetz@gmail.com> and see
the thread "viability of implementing global shortcuts via KDED and DBus" on kde-core-devel.
We want a kded module for global shortcuts, but ideally we'd want only one, not two :-)
