I was building kdebase svn release 682178 from branch_3.6 when it output this 
error:

this is caused by the last changes commited by jschaub in 
~/kdebase/kicker/libkicker/kickertip.cpp where appears the svn commit 
message:
"enable tooltips again, after user clicked kickertip away"
