I resolved this problem with  Bráulio Oliveira.

I think the problem was a combination of an out-of-date config, such that 
cmake got re-run, but failed to regenerate because of an error in one of the 
CMakeLists.txt inside qca. I've committed a fix for the error, and it now 
works for him.
