I agree with Stefan. I can see why   Krzysztof Lichota would like to see a 
dedicated place, though, as he wonders if it gets enough publicity. 

I can assure you, Krzysztof, patches on kde-apps ARE picked up by 
distributions. Kubuntu sure does, for example, and I know a project at Arch 
Linux with an enhaced KDE, which actively gathers and tests and includes 
patches from there as well.
