It's in the correct place. I added the instruction to the Techbase page.

Of course, this means you can't create a image out of the KDE 4 
installation and distribute it to other computers. But I don't expect 
people to be doing that any time soon. Not with a self-compiled D-Bus 
anyways.

Uh... no, I've just come up with one case of that: LiveCDs. Live CDs must 
NOT run dbus-uuidgen upon installation. They MUST run it upon 
initialisation, in the init.d script.
