The problem is in kdelibs/kio/kio/sessiondata.cpp, function
SessionData::reset() . First, instead of languageList() it calls
languagesTwoAlpha(), which strips the country code. Then, when this is
changed to languageList(), several lines down the list is joined and needs
replacement of '_' with '-' (at least the Google web site doesn't recognize
'_'). Same both for KDE3 and KDE4.

I'd commit, but I'm not sure beyond reasonable doubt that these fixes are
correct. Might be a minefield of RFCs lurking unbeknownst to me. Can anybody
else comment?
