While we are on it, is it possible to keep environment for kded and others? 
Current one only keeps environment for start_kdeinit.

Although its experimantal and will not supported directly by KDE in near 
future, to work with ConsoleKit, at least kded needs XDG_SESSION_COOKIE in 
its environ so hal and media IOSlave can mount volumes with using 
Hal/PolicyKit/ConsoleKit pair.

Fedora aims to support ConsoleKit on all over the FC7 [1] and also Pardus 
experiments with these.
