The symbol is used in libpcreposix.so.0:
$ nm -D /usr/lib/libpcreposix.so.0 | grep pcre_compile2
         U pcre_compile2

And it's provided by pcre:
$ nm -D /usr/lib/libpcre.so.0 | grep pcre_compile2
00007080 T pcre_compile2

So your problem has nothing to do with KDE. It's internal to PCRE.
