1. svn checkout -N svn://.../3.5/kdeadmin
  the -N option is nonrecursive option. It only downloads immediate
  children files, not recursing into every subdirectories.
  So you can save time and network bandwidth. You now see
  Makefile.cvs on the top directory

2. Makefile.cvs needs some files in admin/ subdirectory. I'm not
  sure the correct name of this directory but it contains scripts
  to build configure.

  svn checkout svn://.../3.5/kdeadmin/admin
