If I do that, the `~/.bashrc` is not read - could it be, that it spawns a SH 
session? But - nevertheless - if I then set DISPLAY accordingly and launch 
e.g. kwrite via /home/kde-devel/kde/bin/kwrite it does work...
Also if I launch `bash` in the `su - kde-devel` shell and run e.g. kwrite in 
it - it just works... strange :)
