I'm going to move GMM from
/trunk/kdesupport/eigen/gmm/
to
/trunk/kdesupport/gmm/
i.e. have the plain unmodified GMM side-by-side with Eigen, if nobody 
objects.

The reason for this change, is that things have evolved as follows:
- the GMM devs have agreed to change GMM so that it doesn't throw 
exceptions when compiling with -fno-exceptions.
- they have also accepted patches from Ben adding some functionality that 
we needed.
- they have also isolated GMM into a separate subdirectory of Getfem, to 
make syncing is very easy for us.

This means that there is no need anymore to add a wrapper around GMM 
before KDE apps can use it. So no need anymore to "hide" GMM inside Eigen.
