touch all kcfg files... e.g.:

for i in `find /home/kde/kdebase/ -name "*.kcfg"`; do touch $i; done;

the autogenerated files need to be re-gen'd but that only will happen when the 
corresponding .kcfg file is modified (or at least, it's timestamp is)
