Yeah, I didn't state it cleary. I haven't used svn very much.  ksirc maybe 
dead within kde, but it's still a living useful program that's used by a few 
people including me.   

I want to copy the last version of ksirc, from rev 627351, out of kde svn into 
my own svn repository.  I could just copy the files but then I lose the 
revision history.

I think the output from:

svnadmin dump --revision 627351 /home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdenetwork/ksirc

Is what I want.  Of course this command can't be run remotely, and you can't 
svn copy between repositories.  I don't think this is too much to ask.
