This has nothing to do with KDE. Your system has a broken symlink or a 
broken .la file (libtool archive).

Just fix it. (Probably by reinstalling the libexpat-devel package) If 
reinstalling the package doesn't fix, find the .la file that 
mentions /usr/lib/.libs and fix it there. Remember to send a bug report 
to your distribution as well.
