I'll be one of the guys with the kubuntu team working in the googleplex.
I'll try to mention it.

Can I get a name of someone in the khtml team who I can give as a
contact point please?

Just to be 100% sure - does it work completely now in konqueror if you
change the browser setting?  From what version?  Can the google people
add a simple check for the supported versions?
