The korganizer.desktop file that was tagged with KDE 3.5.5 was broken (by me).

I sent out a patch to the kde-packagers the other day.  Basically, you need
to install the korganizer.desktop and korganizer-import.desktop from
branches/KDE/3.5/kdepim/korganizer
