Both are right:
$ grep Koos accounts
vriezen    Koos Vriezen                   koos.vriezen@xs4all.nl

There are two Koos Vriezen registered in Bugzilla, but neither has that 
email address. I suggest you update trunk/KDE/kde-common/accounts or 
Bugzilla so that they share an email address.
