Install flex. The guy who works on this stuff is currently on vacation,
thus nobody's there to properly fix this (I think all that is needed is
add java_lexer.cpp to svn, but am not sure).

Oh, and BTW: KDevelop has 2 mailinglists of its own, better suited for
such things.
