Nope, it just means your version of GCC doesn't support setting C++ symbol 
visibility.  KDE doesn't require visibility support, but it does make 
loading a bit faster.

Your KDE should compile and run just fine without it.  (Well, with all the 
usual disclaimers about KDE4 development code, anyway...)
