This makes sense to me. I saw that we always ask kpasswdserver "is there a password \
for this url" even on sites that really don't need a password. So I agree with the \
general idea of the patch, but unfortunately I don't know the http.cc code enough to \
comment on the actual code change. Dawit would be the best person to comment on it I \
guess?
