hi all,

i have an application that has been developed using Qt Designer, i
therefore have the following file:

"form.ui"

it also has a "form.ui.h" which has the implementations for the slots...

i used "uic" to compile the form.ui in order to get the corresponding
"form.h" and "form.cpp" which is the source code for the user
interface of the application..

i imported these files into KDevelop and i want to modify them to add
additional functionality... but whenevr i add a method in "form.h", it
is never seen in "form.cpp"... it keeps complaining it was not
declared in that class

how would i go about using KDevelop to work with the project that was
developed in Qt Designer?

.. by the way, the code that i got from "uic" did compile well under
KDevelop... i'm just having trouble adding new methods and
refactoriing it..

i guess my question can be generalised as follows:... if i ever want
to develop the GUI part of an application using Qt Designer, is it
possible to continue the application's development using KDevelop
after using "uic" to compile the Qt Designer file into cpp?

thanks,
nasser
