Recommend you send this question to kde-i18n-doc@kde.org.  You'll need to be 
subscribed there anyway to work on translations.  Also go to the i18n.kde.org 
website and look at the docs there.

And welcome!  BTW, are you sure there is no longer a Hungarian team?
