a fresh build (deleting everything in builddir and starting fresh from
`cmake`) fails in the examples:

Scanning dependencies of target chat
make[2]: *** No rule to make target
`qt-dbus/examples/chatmainwindow.h', needed by
`qt-dbus/examples/CMakeFiles/chat.dir/chat.o'.  Stop.
make[1]: *** [qt-dbus/examples/CMakeFiles/chat.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2
