Greasekonqi (the konqi monkey) it's something I've considered for some time. 
It's not hard to implement in KHTML, and the plugins could be available 
through HotNewStuff. The hard part making it secure. Not even firefox has 
managed that.

Notice there are already several entries in bugzilla about specific 
capabilities.
