OK.  Seeing a lack of documentation on kde-config, I decided to start a Wik=
i=20
=46AQ page on the matter.

One outstanding issue is exactly which distributions do NOT include kde-con=
fig=20
in their default KDE installs, if any.  I have included a "stub" question o=

the Wiki on this matter.
