Subject:    How to setup kde4 after building from svn?

I compiled qt-copy, arts, kdesupport and kdelibs (kdebase didn't work) from 
svn and now I have got a few questions:

1. How to check which version of Qt is running?

2. How to check which version of kdelibs is running?

3. My kde directory is ~/kde, my sources are in ~/kdesvn and my builds 
(including qt-copy) are in ~/kdesvn/build. Which variables do I have to set 
in ~/.bash_profile to make it work (please post the exact code)?

4. My ~/.xinitrc contains 'exec /home/kdedev/kde/bin/startkde'. Is this all I 
need to run kde from svn?

5. Sound doesn't work although arts (trunk) is compiled. Do you know the 
reason?
