I don't understand how message translations are being managed these days for 
branches versus trunk. Am I right in thinking that from KDE 3.5 onwards, all 
translations are committed to trunk? If so, what happens if the trunk version 
of a source file contains different translatable strings to the 3.5 branch 
version, particularly if strings have been deleted or changed for KDE 4.0? Or 
does trunk/l10n only hold 3.5 translations, and the translators have been 
told not to translate trunk until nearer the time of the KDE 4 release?
