Is that the very first compile error?  usually with these errors g++ isn't 
finding a required include file and will mention that before continuing to 
build and then giving a different error message later.

It would help to have the entire error output.  If it is very long, the first 
screenful of lines (from the first error message, not from the end) should 
suffice.
