In revision 465667, KHelpMenu lost the enum MenuId, so for "advanced" users of 
KHelpMenu like me, who like, for example, to get the text of the "About 
Application" menu entry, to show that in a different way,  that is not 
possible now.

Any idea of how to access this data now?
