You're linking to the KDE 3's libkio. You must link to the libkio from=20
SVN, currently in trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kio or=20
branches/KDE/kdelibs4_snapshot/kio.

Note you'll be creating a KDE4 application, which means you can't release=20
it before KDE4 is released.
