I have the same problem. It is caused by a specific combination of compiler
flags, used by the KDE build system. I played with it a bit but I didn't find
a clear solution yet. However, I have a workaround: Because I was formerly
using standalone version of dvd+rw-tools, before it was incorporated to k3b
(for lack of support from the original author), I still have the source with
its Makefile. I've copied it to the appropriate directory with KDE's
dvd+rw-tools copy as Makefile.classic, entered this directory and using
make -f Makefile.classic the tools were built perfectly. After that it's
possible to continue in the standard kxg-multimedia build.
