Hmmm.  Looks like my $KDEHOME/share/config/kpersonalizerrc got deleted
somehow, and kpersonalizer didn't (re-)create it.  (Is this a bug?)

So I made a new one that looks like this:

FirstLogin=false

We'll see if it works next time I have to login.
