True, but this one only supports static configuration.
I'm sure there is at least one tool for each configuration option we can
come up with. What we need is _one_ tool for _all_ options. I hope the
framework-that-is-yet-be-named-publicly kevin is working on will be a
good starting point. We'll have to see it first though *hint*.
