Neither TagLib nor aKode depend on Qt.

I am open to suggestions to resolve the issue. aKode was only moved to
kdesupport to make it possible to depend on for KDE4, and because it has no
KDE or Qt dependencies to begin with.

I can easily create a tarballs for a release (have already made one for beta1
at www.carewolf.com/akode). But I only need somewhere to post them that has
proper bandwidth available.

A suggestion could be to release the tarball of aKode 2.0 with KDE 3.5 since
it is still the only place it is really used.
